Ehhhh, I’m not a fan of these outside of fantasy. That’s mostly BS. Yes, if a woman did legit training with a non BS style she would have a good/great chance of doing enough to put a guy down long enough to get away but.....ehhh, I dunno, I mean mean look at the guys throwing punches. They are obviously pulled. I wonder if any of these women have actually tried to block a legit punch coming at their face. You can’t just put your arm up and block it because the “attacker” is putting almost no effort into the punch. 

There is is a reason choreographed BS like this is used. It looks cool and makes you think you can kick ass but it rarely, if ever really works in the real world.
