Becoming a Member at Femaledom.com?

I wonder if you could help me with becoming a member of femaledom.com? It won't let me access the site until I make a post on the forum... but I can't figure out how to post on the forum! Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've had an account there since ~2007 and barely ever remember there being any administrative presence.  Kind of amazed it still exists and gets the traffic it does.

It's really a shame because the site seems to have a lot of content, but I am not allowed to access any of it! What the heck?

Isn't that site effectively defunct? Like the admin has unofficially abandoned it and last I checked they had no active mods either. Not sure who's paying for it.
