Yes, as i mentioned before, those screams of pain can unnerve you quite a lot, but that the extent of it for me.

Hey, thanks for the reply. And all good Mistress Leggs, you don't have to delve into something you don't particular wanna recall. Am kinda glad you feel this way, coz I feel like busting should be kept fun, and in a self defense situation, be just enough to get away safely. I feel like a few of the people on here are a bit more extreme, who want to cause permanent damage and hear the screams. I personally think that's a bit much. You can do teasing etc. in playful busting, but even I feel like there are extremes.
