why are groin protector of women made different from those of male ?

Male's groin protectors are made of hard plastic. Whereas female pelvic protectors are made of different matrials which are soft. Their design are also different.
What will happen If a woman wears male groin protectors wi
ll that protect her private parts.

I assume they differ as the male and female balls and cunt differ in what they are. The shape of the crotch areas(outty and inny) are the reason for the differing safety protector materials.

A women's protector is usually plastic covered with foam, and the design is better suited to the female anatomy - we have fewer protruding parts to protect.

If a woman wears a male cup... it could be better than nothing, or it could actually be worse. I would not want an edge of a men's cup digging into my privates!
