Hey Rick, glad you liked it, and no worries!

I love watching self defense videos, but especially more when it's a woman who is demonstrating/instructing, and talking what to do. I like it both when it's a woman demonstrating on a man, or a woman demonstrating on a woman. With the latter, usually they'll do demonstrations, and when it comes to low blows, the girl might flinch a little. It was nice to see the woman double over during the re-enactment part, as it's usually rare they act this way in re-enactments, well, usually the re-enactments are always FvM, and not FvF. Demonstrations are more varied, but predominantly FvM.

I'm happy to post a few more too, and see what I find. :)
