Ballbusting turns me on much more than cockbusting/torture. I also don't like the extreme pain caused by CBT and higher risk of permanent injury.

I'm totally into light cockbusting, but the danger when it comes to it is way higher than for BB, so I'm a little more paranoid about it (which makes it harder to get fully into). Its also harder to set up than a quick kick or squeeze, so it has less of a casual air to it.

@Christian Peterson: It’s interesting that you bring up pain being caused quickly/effortlessly as a reason for your attraction to it. But for me, it is about a specific male vulnerability that women do not have; something they can use against a man and not know what the pain is like (as you mentioned). The weakness of the eyes or throat aren’t a turn-on to me because those are human weaknesses, while the balls are a unique male weakness.We all agree that if you get hit in the groin, the balls are what bring you down, not the dick. So it seems like, as far as BB vs. cock busting goes, it just makes more sense to find the balls as the ‘ultimate vulnerability’, not the dick.

To me, it's not about dealing pain to the sexual organs that's important, but dealing a lot of pain very quickly/effortlessly in a way that is socially acceptable.  Event better if the person causing it doesn't understand the pain and/or doesn't care about the pain.  So just having two vulnerable internal organs hanging out externally, and if they get hit (by a girl, by a guy, by a baseball, etc) people laugh, is what I like.  I also just enjoy the pure, white-hot pain along with the vulnerability.

Cockbusting doesn't bring anything like that, at least to me.

I'll also throw out I do like permanent damage stories/threats/talk, but the balls are even less important to normal function than the dick, so someone losing a ball (or two) is more of a joke/acceptable.

Feel free to ask any questions or whatnot!  I've never thought about it before.

It seems like if you liked one, you’d naturally like the other, but with many of us that’s not the case. We only like hurting balls.
