Self defence, my most intense situation

When i was 18 i was already interested in ballbusting. However in the 12th class i had a key event.
During this time i had a sexy teacher who gave lessons in Language , Biology and Sport . She was in her mid thirtys but to our eyes very attractive. She was the only teacher on campus who wore mini skirts and boots to school and gave us men a lot of boners. We were always wondering if she has husband or not.
During sexual education we came finally to the point of gender differences and she mentioned she will make a combination lesson of biology and sports. She announced double lessons in biology followed by a self defence sports day in the coming week.
When the lesson began she walked in in a grey boucle business costume: A grey short mini skirt with a zipper on the back and a little slit, high heels and shining brown pantyhose. Of course i was hooked and already got a boner.
She started the lesson with the topic of sexual attraction and the right of woman to choose when to have sex. Then she went to the board and wrote down how to deal with difficult situation:
-Try to say loud "No, Stop"
-Ask other people for help
-Shout fire
She finally came to question and said "and if that does not help?" Some girl raised the hand and said "we will kick them in the balls"
The teacher answered "Yes and there is that. In fact we will talk about that a little" She put in the projector and she was showing the maler reproductive anatomy. All men were shoked but also excited what was to follow. She explained very carefully the male reproductive organ and finally summarized "everything is vulnerball there to any kind of attacks". Of course everybody knew that already but hearing that from our teacher was like to receive the ultimate truth.
She the continued "Girls iam going to show you two techniques." She asked a masculine boy in front to step forward. However he was scared and she replied "Dont worry i wont hurt you". In the class everybody was laughind and cheering because the girls wanted to see the humulating act and the boys simply enjoed it as well.
He finally stepped forward and then the teacher put both of her arms on his shoulds and raise her knee and pointed it into his groin. "See, if you hit here you will press his testicles against his body and inflict pain". The projector was still showing the picture of his anatomy.
Everybody could see the student was shivvering from anciety and excitness. She then stood back and the student should attack her from her back, she raised her feet and demonstrated that you also could hit his testicles by raising the leg.
I couldnt believe it and totally socked it into me. Did she ever bust somebody? Is she a martial arts expert? I got a boner and i couldnt think straight. The moment i realized the lesson was over and she thanked the student. 
"And listen for the Self Defence Sports day next week we have following rule. All men will play soccer outside, while the woman will go into the gym with a trainer. I dont want men lern our defend techniques. I hope today was a life lesson for all of you"

Indeed it was my lesson for a lifetime...
