I'm Building my 1st Trample Board (aka Cock Box), Any tips, Tricks and/or Suggestions?

After many years of hesitancy and excuses, I've decided to build my first Trample Board (aka CockBox). My current play partner is quite enthusiastic about using one which highly motivates me to take on and complete this project before Christmas. I'm looking for feedback from those of you who have actually been under (Bustee) and on top (Buster) of a trample board... I posted some necessary and useful info below and then posted my questions in the "BUSTER & BUILDER THOUGHTS?" & "BUSTEE & BUILDER THOUGHTS?" sections below.

BOARD BASIC DIMENSIONS

• One 22"x22" piece of 3/4" thick Douglas Fir Plywood for the top.
• Four 10-inch tall 2x4 wooden posts for the legs.

IDEAS FOR STABILIZING THE TOP
The board basic dimensions above are the framework of what I'm thinking, but I am fully aware that the legs and Douglas Fir Plywood top will need more stability so could anyone make any suggestions on how I may go about this to hold the max human load of up to 220 to 250 lbs.

CAPABLE BUT NOT A PRO
I am very capable with building things and putting things together, though I'm rusty, I'm very eager to start.. I do not have many tools but I do have some friends who can give me plenty of assistance... I would prefer to stay with wood frames I have no knowledge of metal, but if its manageable I'm up for that challenge.

BUSTER & BUILDER THOUGHTS?

• DON'T DO'S... NO Boots/Shoes (or other footwear).
• DON'T DO'S... NO Stomping (I don't think haha)
• DON'T DO'S... Definitely NO Jumping...

1. HOSIERY & BAREFOOT: This board will be used with hosiery and sometimes barefoot. What kind of wood finish, faux leather or other cushioning would be best for her feet and as a play surface?
2. BUSTER BALANCE AND STABILITY: I concern over overall balance and stability of the board, I want it to be portable, so I'm wondering if her holding on to the wall is good enough? Do I attach a collapsible support frame? Should I make one side longer than the other or keep it square at 24x24?
3. MAX WEIGHT: I would like to use this as a demo table and/or potentially other play partners someday, so I want it to support the weight range of 120 to about 220 lbs. Would my prototype board support up to this weight? How can I best stabilize the base an frame?
4. HOME DEPOT?: Its a basic starter board, is this the best idea or go to a local lumber yard?
5. OTHER TIPS: Any other tips or other suggestions that I left out (Busters or Builders)?

BUSTEE & BUILDER THOUGHTS?

1. BOARD TO BODY PLACEMENT: I'm 6 foot, body weight can fluctuate anywhere between 210 to 2030 (thanks COVID), at any rate I want to account for clearance for future, is there a preferred body position for the top board? Like do you keep it further from your chest or mid belly?
2. HOLE SIZE: Most trample boards seem to suggest a 2" diameter, will this be a good size? I ask not for ego sake, my BB demo partner and very good friend seems to think 3" is a better bet due to my ball size, though I beg to differ, I mean if 2" is the standard and I'm going for snug fit, should I stick with that? She suggested cardboard testing first, which i intend to do, but any other thoughts?
3. SECURING THE PACKAGE: I was thinking that tying a string around top of cock to base of balls was a good way to pull up my stuff through the hole... my question to bustees, what is the best method to do this for comfort and to keep them plump and inescapable for Buster? Are there additional ties or cock rings or other ways to secure the entire package?
4. BUSTEE BODY COMFORT: I'm aware its best to make clearance height higher rather than lower, so I'm looking at a height of about 10" I suppose, I know many people use pillows or sheets for beneath the body, does any one have any other suggestions regarding this?
5. OTHER TIPS: Any other tips or other suggestions that I left out (Bustees or Builders)?

DV, I know nothing about any such board. For me, the less “equipment” required, the better. My girl always busts me unexpectedly, usually during bj’s or hj’s. It’s simply great. Lot less filming these days as a result, but I’ve had more interruptions during foreplay to get suddenly hit in the nuts than I ever thought I would get to experience. Lol.
The natural, unexpected, no equipment required is great.
