Gym bro's life lesson from his Auntie.

So I was speaking to one of my bro's in the gym today. We were talking about how he was a firm believer that the body can only really focus on one source of pain at once. We were discussing it in relation to him having both a shoulder injury and a knee injury at the same time. Then out of the blue he tells me this story about his Auntie. He's quite the chatter box so it was easy to coax a fair bit of detail from him without my interest seeming suspicious.
Apparently when he was about 14 he had gone to stay with his Auntie for a week or so. She sounded like a pretty aggressive woman, with very little time for windging or moaning. He said she had already got pretty mad at him for whining about something. Then one day while they were cooking together she had accidentally stood on his toe wearing heels. Now this guy makes a huge song and dance about getting even the smallest scratch so i can imagine he had quite the reaction to having his toe stood on. Anyway his just about crying over it didn't seem to go down well with the Auntie. So apparently she reached down and got a hold of one of this boys balls. She then squeezed telling him to forget about the pain in his foot. She didn't let go until he admitted his foot pain had gone away. A difficult task he said because of the pain and shock of his Auntie squeezing one of his balls.
Well it seemed to teach him a life lesson...

Aside from grabbing his balls which was exaggerated, I think she really wanted to help him quit whining.
