Female traffic warden kicks officer in the testicles

A parking warden spotted driving erratically told the police officer who stopped her to f*** off - then kneed him in the groin, a court was told yesterday.

Tracy Hughes-Salkeld, 31, of Kinmel Bay, now faces the sack from Conwy council, north Wales.

She was yesterday found guilty of refusing to give a breath test and obstructing a police officer.

Hughes-Salkeld was spotted in the early hours of August 26 veering across the white line as she drove through Conwy.

PC Robert Hughes told Llandudno magistrates he followed her car through the town before pulling her over.

When she eventually stopped he could smell alcohol in the car and her speech was slurred, but she refused to get out.

She told him to "f*** off" and when he asked her to take a breath test she replied: "No, f*** you. You have no right. Get off my car", the court heard.

PC Hughes put a handcuff on her right arm and pulled her out of the car and she started flailing around, kicking him in the groin with her heel.
