- Most often it had been accidental - sports type injuries, or in the context of teens just being teens. I did date a girl who was very rough in sex play but not to the point of true ball busting. - Only in sports related injuries. One of a friend and one of my own. My most painful experience was while playing baseball. I was at bat and unable to avoid the pitch well enough. A fastball hit me directly in the nuts. Instantly I dropped to one knee. When I tried to stand a few moments later I couldn't. My legs went weak, I had a hard time catching my breath. Eventually I made it to the bench and sat for the next half hour or so. I felt like puking, but didn't. Instead I felt a numb sort of shivering all over my body for several hours afterward. Swelling persisted for a few days. And an icepack was probably the worst remedy in retrospect.
