(Give Details): My favorite part has to be the moment right after the impact—the “ooowwww” that escapes before you can stop it, followed by that slow crumple to the ground. There’s something raw and hilarious about it, like your body’s just screaming “nope!” while your brain catches up. I love a good knee strike the most—it’s quick, precise, and leaves you feeling that perfect sting. The rolling around afterward is a close second; it’s like a dramatic movie scene you can’t help but laugh at.

Have you ever seen someone hit so hard they passed out, puked, cried, lost breath, made funny noises, shivering on the floor...? (Give details on what you saw): Yeah, I once saw a guy at a wild house party take a full-on kick from his girlfriend after losing a bet. She didn’t hold back—bam, right in the jewels! He let out this high-pitched squeak, like a cartoon character, then dropped to his knees, gasping for air. His face went red, his eyes watered, and he was shivering on the floor for a good minute while everyone laughed and cheered. He didn’t puke or pass out, but he definitely made some unforgettable noises—half groan, half whimper. It was epic!

Describe the most memorable or most favorite bust you ever experienced? (Give the background, the details about the moment of impact, both of your reactions, how you both felt afterwards, the injuries, you know stuff like this...): My favorite bust happened last summer at a beach barbecue with friends. We were messing around, playing truth or dare, and I picked dare. My friend Marta, who’s got a wicked sense of humor, dared me to take a solid knee from her. She’s tiny but fierce, and I underestimated her. We stood by the fire pit, everyone watching, and she wound up and nailed me—perfect aim, sharp and fast. The impact was like a lightning bolt; I yelped, doubled over, and hit the sand, laughing and groaning at the same time. She was cracking up, proud of herself, while I caught my breath. Afterward, we both felt this weird high—me from surviving it, her from landing it. No real injuries, just a dull ache for a day, but it’s a memory I’ll never forget!
