Hi Kay, welcome to KITG. If I may venture a guess, in my martial arts training, the grrrrls were always amazed when a hard and firmly placed groinshot would drop the guy. They would be in a hard and fast paced sparring session, basically fighting for all they were worth against the guy, then wummph, sparring match over. Hey, somebody drag this loser off the mat! It even carried over to practicing various strikes, every now and then, a woman would see if the guy was paying attention or not... My Tang Soo Do classes had the most vicious females. They would actually judge the quality of the shot by the guys reactions. The master I think encouraged it, he wanted to toughen up his dojo or some such shit by running off the tenderest of the testicle owners.
