"Ask your doctor about doing Martial Arts. Tell him you want to take up Krav Maga or some style that uses a lot of kicks and requires sparring. Tell him you're are concerned about your condition and see what he says. Otherwise you could try…"

Ball busting Health and Safety

Hi everyone! First of all thank you for accepting me to this amazing community! I'm just after some advice if anyone has any. I really want to try ball busting but have always been hesitant due to the damage it might cause. I have an Inguinal groin hernia which (for some reason) we didn't decide to fix when I was young. How did you find this site? What drew you to this site? Please take these questions seriously; it helps to enrich the quality of this membership and gives others an idea of who you are, to better socialize in the chatroom and by messaging.: I'm not sure, I guess I'm still trying to figure stuff out. I have always been interested in meeting like-minded individuals but always been to shy, and sharing experiences with one another. The most important thing for me to get out of this is some health and safety tips. I have a hernia so I've always been to scared to try BB, but I really want to give it a go, so just looking for some advice at the moment.

How long have you been into ballbusting and/or cuntbusting? And... what was your first experience like? (Give Details): Since I was young. (ever since watching a film). Not my first experience but I remember back in school, (I think I was 16), after the bell rang, this petite girl (who happened to be a crush) pushed this guy by the corridor wall as they were walking, and within a second grabbed his balls. They were both very close to each other and the guy was slowly sliding down the wall as she was squeezing. As I was walking past she kneed him and he went down like sack of potatoes. I think I fell in love with her more after that haha :)

How many people have busted you or have you busted in your lifetime? How often do you have the urge to bust or be busted? (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly): Not many times. First one was at a club and me and a friend i was dancing with kneed me and it was pretty weak. It was still a surprise and she was pretty drunk.
Another time was when we were at the pub and me and Eliza (a friend) were drunkenly horsing around. She was sat to the wall and me to her right, the only way to get out. Anyway, she got up to go to the bar, but I put my leg out so she couldn't get pass. Unexpectedly, she threw her knee down to my nads and she used it as leverage as she climbed over. I let out a big 'oooof'. She turned around and whispered something in my ear but didn't catch what she said.

Describe the feeling you get when the busting occurs (aroused, funny, empowered...)? Are the reasons for the bust out of self defense or is it for your entertainment? Do you have a busting buddy?: Definitely aroused. I love the feeling of superiority it gives to the girl. Don't have a buddy, unfortunately. Super shy when it comes to this stuff, and still scared to try it before considering health and safety.

I remember one time back in school, my science teacher Miss K used to bring up kicking guys in the balls a few times. One time she asked the guy in the class why it hurt so much and then she mentioned a guy she kneed once who fell to the ground. She also did a little motion with her knee. I'm glad that the boarded classroom tables were not too revealing of what I thought of that.

What's your favorite part of a bust (the kick, knee, punch) the 'ooowwww', the drop, rolling around, the inability to breathe...? (Give Details): The knee, I love being in close proximity, which heightens the expectation of being busted, followed by the 'ooowwww' as she stands over you as you cup yourself.

Have you ever seen someone hit so hard they passed out, puked, cried, lost breath, made funny noises, shivering on the floor...? (Give details on what you saw): Apart from the petite girl back in high school. She ended up flooring him. He was rolling around making noises. After the knee, he tumbled over clutching himself. She started walking away, I heard a few laughs and giggles from people behind me.

Describe the most memorable or most favorite bust you ever experienced? (Give the background, the details about the moment of impact, both of your reactions, how you both felt afterwards, the injuries, you know stuff like this...): been busted a few times, this one girl who did karate. She used to kick me everytime we met.
