- I was doing martial arts for many years, so don't need busting for self defense - know lots of other techniques to defend :D But for entertainment, it's great!

- Was practicing self defense with my girlfriend. She tried to kick my groin again and again and had so much fun. For my luck, I wore a goalie cup so I didn't feel a thing. Later, she was able to dislodge the cup and then it was like hell.
