Plenty of times, I've hit my ex and other friends full force once we both agree to it. I know they dont expect to be hit that hard from my physique. But I did have brothers and also practiced karate so I knew what I was doing. I've grab my ex's shoulders and kneed him as hard as I could(he said he could take it), he ended up making a weird noise when I busted him then dropped and started crying mumbling words, I stayed by him and watched him lose consciousness for a few seconds, it was kinda scary, got him some ice and the next day he could barely walk with the size of grapefruits between his legs:)

Besides the one mentioned above, I've also restrained my ex during foreplay busted him till they swolled up, then squeezed while sore until he teared up and kept squeezing:)
