(Give details on what you saw): There was a guy I used date and I would bust him all the time, I found out he cheated with some bitch at my work and we split. I ran into him a few weeks later and he invited me over. I agreed and went to his place, no big deal but we started horsing around and when we were lying on the bed I nailed him in his balls with my knee a few times. Not even very hard, I had wound up and really booted him hard before tons of times so I was in shock when I went to punch him there and noticed his little balls were all of a sudden the size of oranges. Long story short it had to have been the angle that my knee hit him but he totally freaked out thinking his balls were about to explode or rip open from the swelling, it looked really bad and I took him to the hospital where he told the nurse that some drunk guy at a bar had kicked him in the nuts during a fight and he didn't know who it was because they all wanted to call the cops. Yes it was really that bad, after several hours and the doctors doing an ultrasound on his nutsack they sent him home with some pain killers and told him to take a week off work to recuperate. I haven’t seen him since that weekend but I talked to him a few years back and he told me that it took over three weeks for his nuts to shrink almost back to normal, but they are still all weird and oversized looking and will obviously never look or bee the same size again... My Bad :P
