In both instances of ballbusting I witnessed IRL, they were accidental kicks and were not hard enough to floor them. During my first year in high school, I had a very pretty female classmate who I had a crush on. I've heard rumors about her -- that she liked kicking guys in the balls. But the closest thing I got was when she was writing her homework and a male classmate interrupted her.
"Ha! You made a mistake!"

I understood his reluctance to move them -- it would be quite humiliating to actually cover your balls in fear. The girls were already about to burst in laughter, and doing so would only worsen his humiliation. With that, my crush swung her foot downwards by a small angle, then swung it upwards again, likewise preventing herself from actually kicking his balls. She swung it like this a few more times before finally putting it down and returning to her work, giggling as she did so. Everyone excluding me and the guy were laughing it off.
