- Probably since around the 6th grade. I saw it in a show, can't remember which one, but I had a crush on the character that did the kick and got turned on.

- Seen it plenty of times. Worst was when my pal, who will not be named, was getting to touchy with this girl, who will also not be named, at a party, so she kneed him and he dropped to the ground and his drink spilled, staining the carpet and we had to move him to the couch because he was just laying in the middle of the floor for several minutes, he got up several times to go to the bathroom because he felt like he was gonna puke but I don't think he ever did. We ended up just putting a garbage can next to the couch where he was resting and then we worked on getting the stain out of the carpet. Don't know why he didn't get kicked out, He makes an ass of himself a lot.
