Well, usually if one loses sexual interest in their partner, it's not long after that they aren't together anymore. Fetishes are sexual interest in my book. I get that sometimes one may not share the same level of enthusiasm for the same type of activity as the other, but to be all in, and then suddenly, nah, don't wanna do this anymore? Something's up when that happens.
