It looks like both he and the ball are inside the goal frame.  It's a goal as long as the ball crosses the plane of the goal.  Maybe the force knocked him back.

It isn't a goal, he blocked the shot. The football should have hit the net for a goal.

I think he wishes he played tennis so he could say "new balls please".  lol
