It was a real win-lose situation.
An Indiana pro wrestler had his ruptured testicle removed after winning his match against a heel who viciously kicked him in a totally unscripted attack, according to a lawsuit.
John Levi Miller, 23, sued promoter Coliseum Championship Wrestling and opponent Clinton Woosley — aka Guido Andretti, a bad guy or “heel” — over the cheap shot.
Miller, who has wrestled under the nom de ring The Playboy J-Millz, said both combatants knew the outcome before last year’s match began, according to The Courier-Journal of Louisville, Ky.
Miller said that Woosley declined his pre-match invitation to go over their ring choreography, and then actually tried to win the bout — unleashing a nasty kick to his unprotected crotch.
The winning wrestler went home to ice down his aching testicles, but headed to the hospital when the pain continued into the next day.
Doctors diagnosed, and then removed, his ruptured right testicle.
In the lawsuit filed Monday, Miller asked for unspecified compensation for his injury and surgery, along with coverage of his legal fees.
But Coliseum Championship Wrestling owner Sam Cosby told the Courier-Journal that Miller won the scripted match and never mentioned any injury.
“The kid never complained about nothing,” Cosby insisted.
