Why women dangle their legs in public

This one is mainly for the ladies in here, but of course guy contributions are welcome as well:

Yesterday on the train I noticed a young, sporty woman who constantly dangled her feet. She was wearing running shoes and tight running pants. It was always that leg that was crossed over the other one that she shot up into the air and let fall back down again in order to kick it upwards again. Of course that put images into my head that need no description here ;-)

After having observed her for a while I started wondering why she was doing this in the first place. The movement didn't follow the train's movements, so that couldn't be the reason. There was noone else around, so it couldn't be to get attention. I concidered when was the last time I saw a guy doing this while riding a train or waiting on a bench, and I gotta say I've never ever seen a guy doing it. A couple of minutes before I had to get off, I got up and stood at the exit, now closer to her, couldn't help noticing that she was a beautiful young girl who had just come out of the gym. She looked at me and then started to dangle and kick her upper foot even faster. Then when she knew she had my attention she looked away, allowing me to observe her while she again kicked her foot into the air, pressed her chest more forward and shook her hair a little. Of course I knew those signals, she was clearly doing it for the attention. But at the point where she didn't know I was looking, she still dangled her foot, and that's what puzzles me.

My question for the ladies is: Is there any particular reason why you do these little kicks when sitting down somewhere in public? I know that guys don't do it, mainly because we don't sit with our legs crossed. But is there any particular reason why you ALWAYS do it? Does it just feel so good that you can't help it? Is it to catch our attention? Because you do!!

Whatever the reason might be, I can tell you: It works! It's extremely sexy and gets me every time, even when it's done by women I normally wouldn't look at. So please don't ever stop doing it as it makes our everyday a little brighter :-)

I have that answer, some woman are really advanced in the control of their body language, it's not just a way of teasing but also a way of projecting confidence, and independence.

They know the image they want to project and make their feet part of it.

Yeah, I've always wondered if they were secretly dreaming of kicking a guy in the nuts. I thought that way back when I was like 13..  I've thought about kneeling in front of my wife some time when she's doing that, and doing something that would bring me close enough for her to kick me to see if she would.. Like get down to pick up a toy or something. .Gotta make it look natural, lol.

Liquid, I like your tactics :D. She doesn't even need to be doing it in that moment, she just needs to be in a position where she usually does it, and then you put yourself in a position where she'd hit you IF she chose to dangle her foot a bit. But you can't be too obvious, of course, cos you want to find out whether she does it by herself or not. I found that many women are prone to take the shot if you position yourself in a way where they could nail you with very little effort, especially if they think you're not aware of this position.

Exactly, the only issue is, trying to figure out how to do this and not having the kids around, because she won't for sure do it in front of them. She feels it is extremely important to show respect to each other as parents so the kids learn not to disrespect either of us, because they are copying what they see. I actually agree, and consider her an awesome 1 in a million wife because of that, she also doesn't run me down with all her lady friends like most women do as well. I really hit the jackpot with her!

But, I'll just keep looking for that window of opportunity.. ;)
