what should a girl do with her hands when kneeing a guy in the balls?

A girl should have a hand on each shoulder of the guy she is kneeing, this way she can gain extra grip and drive the knee in harder!

yes i agree she has more control that way.

What about grabbing the wrists; back of the neck; cheeks, throat, etc?

She slides her thumbs into his beltloops and shoves his hips down as she drives her knee up. Much better than the shoulders, which make him bend over and perhaps out of the way. This is also very sneaky as it appears seductive, lowering his guard.
