Unconscious after groin squeeze

I was wondering, if someone squeezes a man balls hard, can he become unconsious?

I have read news articles that the man died during a squeeze, but I think these are exceptional cases due heart attacks etc.

Are there real recorded videos where the man getting unconscious?

Like BLance said, any amount of pain that becomes overwhelming could at least theoretically cause you to pass out or go into shock, and I've also heard of at least one story where someone died during/after getting his balls squeezed - in one, it said he died because of the pain of having his testicles ruptured jumpstarted a heart attack (which is obviously much worse than just having them squeezed, and also not particularly likely unless you're really trying to do it). Pain is also a very subjective experience, and what one person considers unbearably painful might not bother someone else at all, and it's not unreasonable to guess that the men in these news articles were being squeezed by people who intended to seriously hurt them rather than as a mutually enjoyable activity. Your mental/emotional state can affect how you react or don't react to pain, so for people who aren't expecting it - or worse, don't enjoy it at all - would definitely have a worse reaction to having their balls squeezed, whereas some of us around here can honestly say we've taken (or given) hours worth of ballbusting without breaking a sweat.

Bearing all that in mind, and while I do not pretend to be an expert in the matter, I think it would be very unlikely for someone to pass out or die, assuming you are concerned with ballbusting between consenting parties. I myself have never seen a video where a guy actually goes unconscious from having his balls squeezed (or busted in another way), I've certainly never seen it in real life, and I've never even heard of someone who went unconscious during an intentionally brutal session (like really, deeply unconscious, not just dazed or out of breath). That certainly doesn't mean it's impossible, but I feel like this would only be a concern if you're being squeezed by someone who A) is really out to hurt you, rather than having fun with it, and B) actually causes some sort of real damage, like if they rupture a testicle or something.

...somebody dying is pretty absurd, and clearly to do with other health risks.

That said, with regards to passing out? It's definitely possible from what I know. I'm not sure if it's purely to do with being overwhelmed by pain or not- I think that a reflex can lead to contracting the diaphragm temporarily (part of the same reflex that causes you to double over), which naturally causes dizziness from lack of oxygen. However, it's a conscious reflex- releases if you pass out.
