Shoe design for busting

I've seen some of the goth girls in this town wearing boots with like 1-2" spikes protruding from the platforms (as if a kick with heavy platforms wouldn't be devastatingly painful already) they totally look like they are designed as weapons! Apparently, some members of society who are not BB fetishists agree with this..

I can't imagine getting busted by the spiked shoes. Well, I can, but it makes me cringe a bit. Now those steel shoes... Stomping seems perfect for them, but I could see them working real well for back kicking and driving the sole into a guy's balls. But I think I agree with some of the others, the last set of shoes looks like they'd be the most practical for ballbusting.

I could see these working out well too.

And these could be good for targeting one ball at a time.

I'm not sure how tough these are, but surely they'd be effective at catching both balls at once (and the heels looks like they would be good for stomping and squashing as well).
