Q. I'm concerned about identity theft, what information is visible?
A. PayPal is owned by eBay and has been a trusted website used all over the world since 1998. PayPal the place where you will donate is safe and secure and It is not accessible to hackers for identity theft. The way to tell, is if the web address has an "s" after the "http" (https://www.paypal.com/ notice the "s" in https) then it means the website it is secure.

Q. "I'm very discrete about this fetish", what will my banking statement for this transaction look like?
A. EVERY SINGLE PERSON on this website is discrete about this fetish including me. When you donate your statement will read: "KITG Services". Its titled this way because I am Dvhour and the website name is abbreviated as KITG (Kicked in the Groin). We certainly can't have a banking receipt spell out the words Kicked in the Groin. FYI... I can not see the name of your bank, I do not see any of your banking accounts, credit cards or Paypal account information.

Q. How can I donate anonymously?

A. Purchase a pre-paid Visa/MasterCard/American Express card.

Q. When is the deadline to keep KITG online?

A. September 21, 2018. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, it takes like 3 to 8 business days for funds to be transferred and available. 

Q. Some of us have been having issues where the donation page locks in Canada and only gives Provinces, instead of switching to States for us in the USA.  From member T, here is the fix:

A. At the very top where it asks for the donation amount, you MUST put a number in as the VERY FIRST THING YOU DO.  If you leave the donation amount blank, then when you try to select United States instead of Canada, the web page returns an error and you'll be locked in as Canada permanently. You have to close and reopen the page to try again. (This was using Chrome, but I assume it would be the same on other browsers. Feel free to copy/paste the instructions to whomever you'd like.)

Yeah I've been having problems resolving what the problem is. The last time I had a problem with paypal they said SIR you must put your real name in next time you call and all this other stuff. Paypal is touchy about adult sites so I'm really not trying to press my luck so for now if you all can work with us its not ideal but we are legit. We have been doing this pay donation since 2009 so you know its not going to any nefarious activities and you know you are retaining a site. I'm still gonna try to figure it out on my end but for now this is all we have. Thank you Smoo and T we appreciate you and others who have donated and supported us since day one.

I tried to donate using prepaid visa, but for some reason it won't allow me. It says i have to put in a valid phone number and it doesn' seem to want to accept my dutch number ? Any way around this?

This came up in past years and they said to put any phone number in - the phone number

doesn't matter. It's supposed to be anonymous anyway, so just try putting any numbers in,

perhaps all 0's would work? Let me know what happens. Thank you Sander :)
