Non-consensual ballbusting punishment?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to these forums. I figure I'll start off by posing some questions, so you'll get an idea of where my mind is at.

I get the sense that lots of ball busting starts off almost as play, usually among people who know each other. You know, "bag tag" or "sack attack" in middle school, or whatever.

But many guys seem to think of busting as sexually violating, agonizing, hostile, humiliating, and so on. Because of that, and the health risks, and the laws against assault and battery, I think it's crucial that ball busting always be done with consenting people. None of that I'll-nut-tag-him-and-see-what-he-does.

How would kids introduce the topic of busting and get consent? I guess you'd have to be pretty comfortable with that person, and know they are not uptight.

In fact, without consent or legit self-defense reasons, I think ball busting should be punished more than usually happens now. It seems to me that attackers should expect to be hit with a restraining order and a lawsuit, and be expelled from school if it happens there. Do you agree?

If you ask chicks about why they do it, they usually give reasons that are legally unacceptable. "He was annoying me" or "guys' facial expressions are so funny" or "he broke up with me" or whatever would never work as defenses in court. Personally, I find these kinds of statements to be callous, offensive, arrogant, and obnoxious. Am I the only one?

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for busting when it's at least implicitly understood that the victim will accept being attacked.

I guess it's hard that bb acquire some legitimacy, because it's some kind of masochism that could bring permanent damage.

In fact its a lot of possible that without those non-consensual ballbusting the term or the fetish wouldn't even exist, lot of guys start in the fetish because they were attacked in there in the childhood, and a lot of girls get into this by doing it.

The consensual bb is an evolution of the non consensual, so, without it, the consensual bust it would be still a dream

I sooo disagree there at least in my case and the case of some I've talked to. I had the fetish way before I was ever busted. I can't remember not having it. I'm talking age 5 wanting girls to bust me. And my first real bust was totally consensual. She asked, and I happily said yes. It felt great. 

I had no TV where I grew up. My folks were super genteel believer types. I had absolutely no exposure to BB that I can recall at that age, anywhere. To be blunt, some of us are just wired to feel pain like orgasm. Maybe genes, maybe some random thing that happened at age 3 that I don't remember, maybe both.

Actually I find it odd how many here aren't. Really thought it would be more common. So clearly there's more than one road to enjoying BB. Maybe for some, masochism is more of a psychological thing than about getting off because the sensation just feels really fookin hot. And if that makes sense then it should be a no-brainer why some of us hate non consensual busting.

(It can be fun to fantasize about but reality and fantasy are usually gonna be different things.)
