My "evolutionary psychology" explanation for BB

In a nutshell (sorry), here goes my theory of the fetish, both from a male (primarily) and female perspective:

 

In general, it is evolutionarily beneficial for men to have sex with as many women as they can. This is because the costs of impregnating women and then leaving them to carry, birth, etc.. are very low.  However for women, it is very important that they choose the 'right' mate, since they have all of these burdens. This is a well-excepted principle in evol. psych and is backed up by experiments whosing men are willing to jump in the sack MUCH more quickly than women.

Now the BB part

 

If you are a man who DOES get to have sex with a woman, your primary concern is that she not have sex with anyone else. So, if a woman can prevent others she doesn't choose from having sex with her, this is a very desirable trait. Ballbusting is the most extreme form of this self-defense ability. It literally goes to the source of competition and shuts it down.

 

From a female perspective, this ability to 'choose' is very desirable too and makes sexuality less threatening since you can decide at any point, to stop your potential mate in his tracks and choose who you do want to mate with. 

 

The one part of this that doesn't quite add up is why guys would want to be busted themselves. Maybe this proves the woman has this ability if she so chooses.
