knee / kick to the balls

When somebody gets kneed or kicked in the balls, pain is felt in the balls or stomach? If the strike is hard enough , will it cause death? I remember watching a bruce lee movie before where the bad guy got punch in the balls by bruce lee and died.

Balls, then, with time, it travels up to the stomach. Surprised you've never felt this before.. I thought everyone has been racked at least once in their lives. 

I suppose it COULD cause death if it hemorrhaged, got infected, and was left untreated.. People survive castration, even back in brutal bronze age times, when slaves were castrated, and became Eunuchs. Not fun, no way I want that for sure..

When I've been hit, I remember the pain in my lower back shortly after. Sometime later I felt stomach discomfort. It'd be nice if all the pain would only be in the balls. That traveling pain/discomfort really sucks.
