Next week is 2024!!! Happy New Year everyone!!!

In the new year I wanted to start a range of discussions that helps elevate our membership female, male, nonbinary... What can we ALL do to help improve our communication/interactions that help everyone grow and inspire our community to become better informed with better respect and connection towards others? Now I'm not suggesting we are some moral majority, we are all humans who are flawed after-all; however we can certainly call out bad behavior when we see it so that everyone can learn and grow. 

This site will be 15 years old in 2024 and since our birth there have been very few (if any) BB/CB threads online that attempt to take on our "Busting" topic responsibly or with proactive and productive intent. I see posts all over the web of  individuals post irksome thoughts on threads where they act like they have no home training, manners or can't even read a room. There will be a range of posts or discussion points that we can uncover and present here so that we as a group can dissect and dialog over — again to learn and grow and possibly see new ways of thinking.
