I'm not sure, but I suppose he always liked it. I used to kick his nuts regularly just for fun or as a prank. Of course first I couldn't believe he was serious, but then I did some research on the internet and was really surprised to find out that there are actually guys out there who enjoy that in spite of the pain it causes. thats right it is for sexual reasons. So i guess you have a kind of sexual relantioship

No, I have no sexual feelings for my brother at all. Hi Kimmy, Does a vomit inducing kick feel any different than a normal kick to the person kicking? I read somewhere the vomiting is caused by hitting a pressure point. Usually when people kicks someone in the balls, the balls always manage to escape the majority of the force. Sometimes they don't escape and  get trapped between the foot and the pelvis, this causes greater damage and means the person is more likely to vomit. I am guessing this is all a myth but was wondering what your experience was?

The part with the testicles being trapped between my instep and his pelvic bone totally make sense to me. That's actually the reason why kicking with the instep is FAR more effective and painful than kicking with the tip of the foot. So yes, I think you already explained it pretty well.
