Okay, I think there are so many more women in the world who like to kick guys in the balls than there are guys who like to be kicked in the balls.  But most of the women who like it don't fetishize it, and prefer to do it to assholes who don't want it.  The really nice guy who would never go grab a woman's tit at a bar or a party, but who would really to get a kick in the balls; they/we are not the preferred target.

And, by the way, I'm sort of the same way. A woman who likes me and is willing to kick me in the balls just because I want and she wants to make me happy it is not nearly as sexy as the idea of a woman who doesn't like me, doesn't want to make me happy, and really wants to hurt me.  Now, THAT'S sexy.

Well Mischief, that's pretty close to what i feel too. There may actually be many more women that love bb, but it's not at at a fetish level for them. Haha, same issue here. I on the other hand, don't need it to be a mean stranger girl who kicks me. I like it best when it is the girl I am in a relationship with who kicks me (not that I have had bb experience outside a relationship). But what makes it awesome is when the girl enjoys it too - I totally agree that it is just so so when the girl you are with is not that in to it.

If I may shed my own light here, I think the main factor is, whether we want it or not (and, of course, we do) we don't just want to be appeased. We want a woman, who, in their own right, thoroughly enjoys and takes personal satisfaction from kicking our balls, whether or not we ever mentioned it. We like a girl who'd do it and laugh anyway, on her own terms. They don't have to be a bitch, and we don't have to be acting like assholes, but nobody likes simply being appeased. I agree with this completely. Getting kicked when I want it is the only time I find it arousing. Getting kicked because somebody is pissed at me is not cool in the slightest. It's the same as if a person just walked around punching people in the mouth
