Buy a paur of shoes from any site (ebay, shpock) i bought pink vans for example from a girl for 12€. Then buy shoe stretchers for the right size of shoes you bought (5€ or so). And then you but the shoe stretchers indto the shoes and you can boost your balls with the shoe. You can also use much paper instead of the shoe stretchers but i reccomend you wooden shoe stretchers since it fills the shoe very good ans hurts more when boosting. Best shoes for boosting with this method are sneakers or slippers. You can use paper good with ballerinas.

What would be a good method to propel the shoe with as much force as a kick?

With ballerinas, just swing the tip into your balls (like if a girl would kick you) or for more pain, turn it around and swing the heel into your balls (hurts bad). With sneakers just swing the sneaker into your balls like a girl would kick you. I am using this methode since it has the best bb feeling (it is more realistic).

Ok thanks. I'll try that and see if I can floor myself.

Easy...get your bicycle and drop yourself onto the middle bar.

I used to do it with a stationary bike, and I'd raise the seat just so the pedals were just out of my legs reach. That way I could suspend myself crotchfirst on the bike seat. Oh, it was heavenlly.

If all else fails, there's always the toilet seat method.

I've never told anyone I did this but when I was about 14-15yrs old I built a device for self busting. My uncle had a farm that always had lumber and construction materials out in the barn and ever since I was old enough to bang a hammer to nails I was always making stuff. Anyway, when I realized I had a fetish for ballbusting I tried a few different creations. These weren't exactly brilliant creations, I mean anyone could build it but then the problem was where to store it cuz of the size and weight. So basically I had a long 2x4 that laid flat on the ground and took another 2x4 and stood it straight up at the middle of the flat board and screwed it into the side (basically it was just an upside down letter "T" shape. So I made 2 of these "T" shaped things and I put them about 6 inches apart from one another then took a couple 2x4s about a foot long and connected the bottom pieces on each end and a small block screwed down to connect the top pieces (basically making it stable enough to be free standing). So then I took a long drill bit and I drilled a hole straight through both 2x4s (that were sticking up) at about the middle of the board. Then I took a long piece of 4inch PVC pipe (like for sewer drains) and I drilled a hole straight through that. When I put the PVC between the 2 upright 2x4s & I lined up the drill holes I ran a threaded rod through and put washers and bolts on. So at this point this support structure with the long base is just to make a sort of PVC pipe seesaw. So then I drilled a hole through the pipe at one end and I took a piece of rope & put a knot in the middle and pulled it through the hole in the PVC till it reached the knot, then I tied a knot on the other side of the PVC so the rope really wasn't going to go anywhere. The end of the rope that was on the underside of the pipe I tied to a bucket we had laying around. Ok so I did end up taking one of my aunt's athletic shoes and stuffed the toe with hard foam and then I found a curved piece of wood that may have been a piece of an old stairway banister, it was curved well enough that it fit inside the shoe which held tight when it was laced up and the other end was small enough to fit inside the PVC pipe. I shimmed around the banister inside the PVC and used long screws to connect the wood to the pipe. So there's now a seesaw with s bucket hanging from a rope on one end and a ladies shoe at the other end. Last thing I did was screw a little hole in the wood at the top of the structure (if you're facing the shoe you'd be looking straight at it and I put a loose fitting lynch pin there and tied the rope to the hoop in the lynch pin. I then tied another piece of rope to the lunch pin hoop which I held. It was finished at that point so then I just put anything heavy (depending on how dating I was feeling, into the bucket which was still suspended by the rope connected to the lynch pin, then I'd stand in front of the shoe and when I yanked my end of the string it pulled the lynch pin out of the hole and the weight would rocket that shoe up into my nuts.
Admittedly there was a lot of times back then when I chickened out and my thighs came together to stop it, it's scary pulling that line and waiting for the strike. It worked pretty well for a jerry rigged piece of junk... since it was too big to take with me I'd end up removing the ropes, bucket lynch pin and of course the shoe, given how much junk that was in that barn no one ever asked what I was working on.
What I usually do is go on my knees and get like a full bottle of water. Once on my knees I just go as hard as I can slamming the water bottle into my balls, it hurts really badly if you do it right. Only issue is sometimes you get scared and don't do it as hard. Another decent method is when you're in the shower press your balls against the shower wall, you get the squeezing sensation when you do that. The toilet method is horrible, don't do that. I did it once and I thought I ruptured a tesiticle.
I've used a croquet mallet in the past. Works quite well, straight on or sideways both do the job. You can also find a shoe to fit over the head of the mallet, tie it on tight and you have a half-asses leg. Use the toes end to simulate a kick, or the heel end to smash.

Wow, you guys are pretty hardcore -- croquet mallets, toilet seats, and that crazy see-saw device.  I can practically feel the agony from over here...
