How does BB pain compare to hot water?

Hello BB fans,

For those who don't experience ballbusting's torturous pain, can you compare it to something they CAN experience? For example, how does it compare to the scalding pain created by running water that's hot enough that you can't force yourself to hold your hand under the faucet?

I can't think of other reproducible safe pain experiences that a curious person could experiment with to get the idea. If anyone can think of such and experience, that would be interesting to hear about.
