Seems impossible to me. I find that being hard while getting busted takes a lot of the pain away. And for me that takes the fun away. Having done a shoot once, and as somebody who well, really is a masochist... it can be purely a logistical thing. If there's multiple cuts or takes, you're constantly stopping to set up the next sequence.. meaning every time you get hard, it's break time, set up again.. it's harder to keep an erection the whole time. That five minute clip you're watching might have been shot over several hours if it contains cuts.  Or even if it's done in one take, for all we know, maybe they've already done other shoots that day. (Not even necessarily BB-related. Some adult content makers cater to multiple fetishes. So you just never know).

I suspect there could be plenty of other reasons: some guys do BB as a submissive act and they aren't masochists, or yeah, camera, etc, performance anxiety.

Lastly there's another angle to it too which could be the exact opposite of it taking too long with multiple shoots: I did a stage performance once at a party and it was over so quick (the adrenaline was going the whole time) that I didn't even really have time to react.
