Help searching for a story about a therapist

Hi all

A year or so ago I read a fantastic story somewhere on the internet about a guy who went to a sexual therapist with a fear of women that was derived from a phobia of having his balls squeezed. She convinces him to partake in some exposure therapy with her being the one to squeeze his balls.

I've looked all over google for it but can't remember the name of the story or where I first read it and am coming up blank every time.

I'm hoping against hope that someone from the community here recognises it and could point me in the right direction? Maybe the author is even a member here?
