yeah the Payback scenes are pretty brutal compared to a lot of movies.  More than the boot twist I remember the grab scene vividly, where he's on the phone and she starts hitting him.  He yells at her saying, "can't you see I'm working here?!"  After which she slams her hand up and into a prolonged squeeze as she sexily says in his ear, "can't you see I'M working?"
