I want to combine my interests in ballbusting and data analytics.

Are there any dataset of local news or police reports that would include information about groin strikes. For example news or police reports about women defending themselves with groin strikes against assailants.

I don't know that but that's a cool idea. You could also parse free text for "groin", testicles, balls, nuts, etc

This is a cool idea but it might be hard to come up with a lot of confirmed cases that were written about in things like newspapers.  Maybe a good compliment to this would be a list of martial artists, actresses, even notable Instagram or YouTube or Tic Toc or whatever girls who have told serious stories of real life instances they themselves executed or were direct witness to groin hits?  That might be a little easier to find and database.
