Honestly KTB's are, in my experience, useless as chastity devices.

I've heard other opinions.  But I own one and I can cum through it with no problem whatsoever.  It basically just functions as the worlds most intense cock ring.

I guess if you're not a masochist it might work because it's painful and kind of scary to get an erection against all those spikes.  However, if you are turned on by pain, then I don't think these work at all.
