Best time to tell someone and where to find someone?

When do you think it's best to tell someone you're romantically interested in that you're into bb/cb? Should it be right away or hinted at then gradually brought out in the open? Should you wait until you're in a relationship with them? For the life of me I can't find a female who's accepting of it. I tried telling them right away,I tried hinting at it, I waited a while to tell them and even waited until I entered a relationship to mention it.  It just seems like all the non judgmental ladies or the bb/cb enthusiast females are already taken. Maybe I'm making my standards for this too high, maybe my fetish has control over me when I'm looking for a girlfriend. I should also mention I don't go out places or meet girls in public places so maybe there's a place I need to be to find someone like that or look for a certain behavior she might display or maybe even a type of wardrobe. What's the best way to tell someone you're into it and what are good places to find someone more open minded about it?
